Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat.
- Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features.
- Inform customers about new and existing features and functionalities.
- Follow up with customers to update about new packages.
- Gather customer feedback and share with concerned department.
- Assist in training junior Customer Support Representatives.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Specifications:
- Freshers can apply.
- Fluent communication in both Nepali and English.
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional education or certifications in business administration or related fields are a plus).
- Proficiency in Excel & Google Sheets.
- Convincing skills and patience.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Must be adaptable for the morning, day, and evening shifts.
