Responsibilities of a Captain: feel free to apply if you’ve these qualities. - As a captain you’ve to be able to create sanitary and friendly work environment to other staffs and must have responsibility to guide them and ensure guest satisfaction. - You must have to be knowledgeable about the amenities and utensils of the restaurant. - You need to know where the utensils must be kept and where to stock and inspect. - You must be able to establish a bond with guest with your punctuality and loyalty. - You need to take feedback from the guest to ensure their satisfaction. - You need to assist fellow members to perform preparation and setting up in the restaurants for quality service. - Must be able to tackle with the every problem that arises under the restaurant area. - Must be able to explain the food menu in terms of presentation methods, ingredients used, portion size and presentation. - Ability to maintain the utmost cleanliness and hygienic standard. - Must have pleasing personality. Skills, Qualification and experience - Bachelor’s Degree in any Management sector (degree in BHM will be highly Prioritized) - Must have 1 year of experience in hospitality sector. - Hardworking, motivated, punctual and loyal. - Team player and passionate about food, beverage and service.
