Qualification, Skills and Experience: 

Required

• Should have completed a Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, education, nursing or any other related disciplines
• Cultural sensitivity and the ability to work in diverse communities
• Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Good reporting and communication skills
• Proficiency in Nepali and English languages
• Proficiency in relevant software and documentation tools
• Adherence to ethical guidelines and principles of confidentiality
• Prepare reports and case summaries as required
• Be willing and able to travel to all wards of Godawari Municipality.

Preferable

• 6 months of training in psychosocial counselling from a reputed institution
• Experience of working with individuals with Neurodevelopmental disability and their families
• Committed to long-term employment and engagement in the role
• Individuals from minorities, persons with disabilities, or women will be given priority during the selection process.
