Qualification, Skills and Experience:
Required
- Should have completed a Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, education, nursing or any other related disciplines
- Cultural sensitivity and the ability to work in diverse communities
- Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Good reporting and communication skills
- Proficiency in Nepali and English languages
- Proficiency in relevant software and documentation tools
- Adherence to ethical guidelines and principles of confidentiality
- Prepare reports and case summaries as required
- Be willing and able to travel to all wards of Godawari Municipality.
Preferable
- 6 months of training in psychosocial counselling from a reputed institution
- Experience of working with individuals with Neurodevelopmental disability and their families
- Committed to long-term employment and engagement in the role
- Individuals from minorities, persons with disabilities, or women will be given priority during the selection process.
