Job Description:

• Collection
• Reconcile and Collect the amount and returned products from a delivery agent
• Update the status and payment in the delivery sheet and submit the cash to Accounts
• Communication and Coordination
• Maintain constant communication with delivery riders regarding the issues during the delivery
• Collaborate with the warehouse and sorting team to ensure the availability and proper handling of packages
• Quality Assurance
• Ensure that packages are properly labeled, documented, and secure after receiving from the delivery agent
• Follow set procedures to address any mismatch, damages, or missing items on time.
• Process Improvement
• Collaborate with the operations team to implement changes and smooth workflows
• Provide feedback and suggestions for improving delivery operations, routing, and customer experience.

Job Specification:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in logistics or related fields is a plus
• Familiarity with basic computer operations and proficiency in using dispatching software or systems.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as per operational requirements.
