We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Cashier / Inventory Manager to manage cash handling and ensure the accurate tracking of inventory. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and experience in handling transactions, managing stock, and maintaining records.
Qualification and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
- Experience in electronic billing in retail stores in Kathmandu.
- Excellent Communication skill.
- Proficiency in working with computer and office programs.
- Strong mathematical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Should be punctual, organised, and proactive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare Bills in billing software for online/offline sales
- Enter data accurately and efficiently into computer systems, spreadsheets
- Organize and maintain inventory files and records.
- Update and maintain information, including customer records, inventory lists, or financial data.
- Prepare Sales report, inventory reports and other requires documents.
- Collaborate with other team members for efficient work
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all data.
