Job Description:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO.
- Manage and organize the CEO’s schedule, meetings, and appointments.
- Coordinate and oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Prepare and review documents, reports, and presentations.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
- Assist in project management and other tasks as required by the CEO.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in office software and technology.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Salary: Basic pay plus additional incentives based on performance.
