• A minimum of 10 years of senior leadership experience in the cement, hydro, and/or construction industries, with at least 1 years in a CEO or top executive role.

• Proven track record of managing complex projects, portfolios, and multi-disciplinary teams in infrastructure and large-scale development projects.

• Expertise in capital markets, financial analysis, investment management, and risk mitigation within the infrastructure sector.

• Demonstrated success in fostering strategic partnerships and navigating government regulations and compliance requirements.

• Experience with Joint Ventures (JVs), subcontracting, or international partnerships in large infrastructure projects.

• Experience with the technical and financial aspects of hydropower projects, including project development, financing, and operational management.
