Responsibilities:

• Conducting financial analysis, preparing budget & projection and providing recommendations for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
• Preparation of various financial reports and statements.
• Ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
• Managing budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Developing and implementing internal control procedures of Group of Companies.
• Communicating financial information to stakeholders and providing financial insights.
• Collaborating with all companies & departments to streamline financial processes.
• Managing and mentoring a team of finance professionals.
• Leading financial audits and ensuring timely resolution of any issues.
• Assisting with any ad-hoc projects and assignments as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or CA/Semi-Qualified CA.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks/ERP/Talley/SAP and related softwares.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A team player with leadership abilities.
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
