• Chartered Accountant certification is a must
• More than 3 years of experience in a similar role in the Hydropower/Alternate Energy industry
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Office
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Description:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in accordance with company policies and accounting standards
• Conduct regular financial analysis to identify problems and recommend solutions
• Monitor and control company expenses, ensuring compliance with budgets and financial regulations
• Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
• Coordinate with external auditors to complete annual audits and ensure compliance with regulations
• Provide financial advice and guidance to management to support decision making
• Review and analyze financial data to identify areas of improvement for cost reduction and revenue growth
• Monitor cash flow and manage cash flow projections.
