Chief Credit Officer (Assistant Manager to Manager)
Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Management/Economics from recognized university.
Job Specifications: At least three years of experience in any NRB licensed BFIs in similar post at credit department. Due analysis of credit files, risk grading and forwarding for approval. Responsible for minimizing NPL by smart evaluation of credit files during approval process. Excellent communication skills (Nepali and English). Ability to seek continuous improvements and recommend solutions.
Age limit: Minimum 21 years and not exceeding 40 years.
The selection process for officer to manager level involves interview and presentation whereas for assistant to supervisor level, selection process involves written exam and interview.
