The Chief Financial Officer is responsible for managing budgets, establishing policy, financial decision-making, controlling margins and debt, and making decisions about hospital assets and resources. The CFO is also responsible for the development and implementation of financial strategies to improve the business performance of the hospital, finding ways to lower the cost of procedures, and overseeing the planning of hospital strategies measured by financial benchmarks.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• CPA or Master’s Degree in the field of Accounts & Finance required.
• A minimum of 3 years of working experience at the CFO level or at least 7 years at Senior Management level in a Healthcare Set-up.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive management experience in an investor-owned healthcare organization is recommended.
