Preferred skills and qualifications:

• Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field MBA or CA/ACCA preferred. Or a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or food technology with relevant experiences.
• Minimum of 5 years for candidates having master’s degree/ CA/CFA and 7 years for candidates having Bachelor’s degree of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and quality management systems.
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence, process improvement, and cost reduction initiatives.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve results.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional environment and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
