The Chief Operating Officer is responsible for providing administrative oversight and direction of surgery center operations, including but not limited to business growth, strategic planning, marketing, financial stewardship, and daily operational activities. The COO ensures that all areas operate within the established policies, procedures, and in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Healthcare Management (or equivalent) required.
• 10 or more years of working experience at the Senior Management level in a Healthcare Set-up.
• Understands the importance of Senior Management efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and profitability.
