The successful candidate:

• works as a residential staff
• supervises and directs the work of caregivers
• ensures quality care of boys’ emotional and physical well-being
• supervises general hygiene of boys including bathing and dental care
• establishes and supports effective, safe, and caring routines for morning, evening, and weekends
• directs and ensures the cleanliness of the hostel and school campus
• directs and ensures efficient laundry practices
• works closely with school Administration and School Nurse.

The preferred candidate:

• should be 25 or older
• preferably has a health background
• has 2 or more years in a supervisory role in an accredited facility
• enjoys working with elementary school-age children
• with counseling experience would be an asset.

Facilities:

• accommodation will be provided in the school
• breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner will be provided
