Requirements:
- Must be proficient in Civil3D or AutoCAD.
- Must be able to create and Modify 2D and 3D site plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Specific experience in grading and site design
- Experience with 3D modeling software (e.g., SketchUp, Revit)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical specifications
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with grading and site design, either through field work or comprehensive school projects
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Previous internship or project experience in civil engineering or architecture.
