Job Description:
- Develop detailed designs and plans for building structures, including residential, commercial, resorts, restaurants, and monasteries projects.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met. Communicate project progress and any issues to management and clients.
- Conduct structural analysis and calculations to ensure safety and durability of structures. Also perform the task of drafting and EBPS form filling.
- Prepare project budgets, cost estimates, and financial reports. Monitor project expenditures and ensure cost-effective resource utilization.
- Ensure the quality and integrity of construction materials and workmanship. Implement quality control procedures and conduct inspections.
- Oversee construction projects ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the construction process.
- Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation, including progress reports, technical specifications, and as-built drawings.
