Academic Qualification: Bachelors’ Degree in Civil Engineering.

Task Related Competencies:

• 5-8 years of relevant work experience; Water/Waste water treatment plant, River weir, Irrigation head works, hydropower head works, any other mass concrete works.
• Practical knowledge of construction methodologies, techniques, equipment, planning, scheduling and critical paths;
• Knowledge of surveying and contours;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, BBS, and Microsoft Project.

Organizational and Management Competencies:

• Analytical approach to work;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Sound presentation skills (verbal, written as well as software based);
• Demonstrate commitment to learning, developing skills and sharing knowledge and information.
