• Should be able to understand the Client requirements and effectively develop and implement it

• Should have good proficiency in using Auto CAD, MS Office, and other technical tools.

Job Description:

• Assists in the preparations of work schedules and ensures its implementation, execution, work in progress and the continuity of the tasks at project site
• Interprets drawings and conducts surveys, verifies survey data and provides survey findings to expedite the project
• Carries out detailed quantity estimations of different items as per drawings and prepares BOQ accordingly
• Carries out rate analysis for assigned residential/ commercial buildings
• Assists project managers in the preparations of WIP report, cost control report, progress report and other relevant project documents as per ISO standard
• Prepares monthly running bills of petty contractors
• Prepares bar bending schedule as per specifications and requirement
• Conducts regular safety meetings and ensures highest level of safety standards at the project site
• Monitors and follows up on  the works of supervisors and provides guidance where needed
• Checks and verifies the labor cards before forwarding it for daily wage payments
• Assists project managers in materials and assets requisition and proper inventory management.
