Job Description:

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 4 Years’ Experience in Building Construction
• Good communication skills
• Good Knowledge of IPC Bill Preparation
• Good Command on AutoCAD
• Good knowledge of estimation and Costing
• Good Knowledge of PPMO and Documentation for bidding
• Good Knowledge of Arc-GIS
• Should be able to coordinate with site supervisor and execute the work as per schedule and   maintain the work quality and EHS standards
• Familiar with customer and client dealing and negotiations
• Should have knowledge of documentation work.
