Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in social science, rural development, political science or a related field with three to five years of experience or master's degree with one to three years of experience in the above-mentioned field.
- Experience in engaging CSO and media for advocacy and accountability with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of civic space, citizen engagement, advocacy, and CSO/media oversight is required.
- Experience in working effectively across various teams within the project and with external stakeholders.
- Proactive in managing multiple tasks, managing, and working in the virtual work environment, and flexible and open to managing time for working with different teams both in FHI 360 and with partner organization.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, team building and management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent oral and written English and Nepali including documentation skills.
