Other Specification:

• More than 3 to 5 years of experience related to claims 
• Fluent in English speaking and writing.
• Familiar with engineering project, at least engaged in the claim work of one project or participated in the claim management of the whole project.
• Able to read construction drawing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, analyze and negotiate contracts to identify potential risks and opportunities
• Prepare, review and submit claims in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions
• Monitor project progress and identify any delays, issues or potential claims
• Liaise with project management team to gather information and evidence to support claims
• Prepare and review IPCs to ensure timely and accurate payments from clients
• Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and identify any potential issues
• Collaborate with legal team to resolve disputes and negotiate settlements with clients
• Keep up-to-date with industry standards and regulations related to claims and contracts.
