Client Manager Level I & II

CoPenned is actively recruiting Client Managers of Level I & II. The ideal candidates for this position would be female candidates with knowledge and at least a year of experience in sales, a self-starter, quick learner, comfortable in working in a team while overseeing the routine sales tasks and achieving the set milestones in the specific time frame.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve set sales goals by adopting a performance-driven strategy under the leadership of the concerned department head.
  • Adequate, efficient, and routine building of sales prospects through the prescribed medium.
  • Understand the business needs and work in unison with other team members to achieve the required outcome.
  • Updating oneself routinely on new solutions offered by the company with the intention to effectively present the solutions to the potential client.
  • Communicate with the client on a daily basis and maintain the client process from the prospect stage to final work delivery.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s highly preferred) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field with strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience as a front desk officer, salesperson or previous work in BPO, international call centers, Educational Consultancies would be a strong plus point.
  • Ability to adjust, work collaboratively and lead a team with potential leadership skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other Office Software Systems.
  • Female candidates with the ability to commit long term to the company are only encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication/ correspondence skills.
  • You will require to use your own laptop.

 

Remuneration:

The selected candidate would be provided with a base salary  (based upon the recruited position) and highly attractive performance-based commission on a monthly cycle.

 

Work hours: 7 AM to 3 PM (fully on-site)
