The candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calls to introduce company services
- Present compelling sales pitches to clients, highlighting the value of our job posting and job matching services
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client portfolio
- Regularly follow up with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and explore additional business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for any enquiries or issues
- Meet or exceed sales targets by closing deals and upselling services to clients
