Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs and provide timely updates.
  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve client issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Feedback Management: Collect and analyze client feedback to improve services.
  • Service Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in client relations or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Customer-focused with a proactive approach.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
