- Respond promptly to inquiries via calls, Facebook Messages, and emails.
- Qualify potential clients and provide accurate information about our services.
- Guide leads through decision-making, addressing concerns and objections.
- Assist clients with their documentation.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout their journey.
- Keep clients informed, address queries, and collaborate with internal teams.
- Meet conversion targets and report on leads and performance metrics.
- Handle other ad hoc tasks as required.
