Essential Duties (But not limited to):
- Achieve Sales Targets.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
- Managing and overseeing end-to-end sales operations of Good Soil Stabilizer to existing Clients
- Erection, Installation and Commissioning of Good Brick Factory of Client
- After sales support for Production, Quality, Mechanical troubleshooting.
- Ensure Recurring Orders by managing existing client.
- Monitoring and maintaining Optimal Operation within each clients' Good Bricks site
- Ensure existing clients are following Good Bricks production and quality guidelines
- Set sales targets, monitor performance, and analyze sales data of existing clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Techno Sales with After Sales Support experience of min. 5-7 years in managerial position.
- Complete Factory set up experience desirable but not mandatory.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing a high-performing sales team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to travel and work in flexible hours.
