Key Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Leadership

  • Develop and execute financial strategies that align with the organization's long-term goals, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
  • Partner with the CEO and executive team to set strategic direction and contribute to business expansion across multiple industries.

Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)

  • Identify, evaluate, and execute potential M&A opportunities to drive inorganic growth and strengthen market positioning.
  • Lead due diligence processes, risk assessments, and post-merger integration to maximize synergies and value creation.

Fundraising & Investor Relations

  • Design and implement capital-raising strategies to secure funding for expansion projects and operational needs.
  • Build strong relationships with investors, banks, and financial institutions, ensuring seamless access to capital markets.
  • Prepare and present financial data, business plans, and investment proposals to stakeholders.

Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor key financial performance metrics, providing actionable insights to the executive team.
  • Internal Audits & Compliance
  • Establish and oversee a robust internal audit framework to ensure financial integrity and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure strict adherence to local and international compliance standards, mitigating financial and operational risks.

Risk Management

  • Identify potential financial risks and develop comprehensive mitigation strategies.
  • Implement enterprise risk management systems to safeguard the company’s assets and reputation.
  • Operational Excellence
  • Drive efficiency by optimizing financial processes, leveraging technology, and adopting best practices across industries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve cost management, enhance resource allocation, and streamline operations.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Experience: 15+ years of experience in senior financial roles, including as CFO or equivalent. Multi-industry exposure (Infra, Real Estate, Education, Service Sectors, Corporate sectors) is a strong advantage.
  • Expertise in M&A: Demonstrated ability to lead M&A transactions from deal structuring to post-integration.
  • Fundraising Success: Proven track record of raising capital through equity, debt, or other financial instruments.
  • Audit & Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of internal audit frameworks, risk management, and compliance standards.
  • Analytical Acumen: Exceptional financial modeling, forecasting, and data interpretation skills.
  • Leadership Excellence: A history of inspiring and managing diverse teams across complex business environments.
  • Professional Qualifications: Qualified CA
