Requirements:

• Candidates should have minimum experience of 8 years for Senior Officer and 10 years for Assistant Manager position in commercial bank.
• The position is overall responsible for leading the assigned cluster and work closely with the branches of the relevant cluster to provide assistance to the branches for smooth operation including deposit, lending, NPA management and profitability.
• The candidate must have a proven track record of target achievement in terms of different business spectrums and ability to accept highly challenging growth target.
• Preference will be given to candidates having experience as Cluster/Regional head and /or Branch Manager.

• Candidates applying for Assistant Manager and Senior Officer must have 2 years of experience in one position below the position applying for, while for other positions candidates must have 1 year of experience in one position below the position below the position applying for.

• Preference shall be given to the Candidates having experience in Banking in IT Department for IT related positions.
