Job Description:

• Contact customers to collect overdue payments via phone calls, emails, and letters.
• Update and maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer accounts.
• Work with customers to negotiate payment plans and settlements.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries regarding their accounts.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate having experience of 2-3 years, working in the market preferably having collection experience in co-operative or other financial institution.
• Candidate must be Bachelor’s Degree Graduate in management stream.
• Candidate must have own two wheeler with valid driving license.
