Job Description:

1. Overall assistance to the organization's commercial works as well as the office management of the Commercial Management Department.  
2. Letter Drafting to various Government Authorities as required;
3. Meeting Arrangement, Recording Meeting Minutes for and on behalf of the department;
4. Preparation of initial draft for Board Proposal for the related commercial matters;
5. English-Nepali and vice-versa translation;
6. Responsible for recording Board Resolution and tracking for its implementation;
7. Responsible for liaising with various business departments with the government, arranging according to the requirements of the government and coordinating professionally with counterpart/relevant departments;
8. Responsible for organizing and coordinating government personnel to participate in the acceptance of projects and equipment (including the project site and the country where the equipment is accepted) and other relevant works;
9. Responsible for establishing good public relations with the Department of Electricity Development (DOED), Department of Industry, Nepal (DOI), Investment Board Nepal (IBN), Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) etc.
10. Responsible for the preparation of relevant procedures and systems within the scope of business management.
11. Responsible for completing other tasks temporarily as assigned by the Department Head.
