Job Description: Commis 3 - Indian Cuisine(Curry&Tandoor)

Reports To: Chef de Partie / Sous Chef 

Qualifications: Education: SEE,High school diploma or equivalent.BHM, Culinary school training  certifications are a plus.

Experience: Previous experience in a kitchen environment is beneficial.

Skills:

• Basic cooking skills and knowledge of Indian spices and ingredients.
• Ability to follow instructions and recipes accurately.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment.

Personal Attributes:

• Passion for cooking and willingness to learn.
• Punctuality and reliability.
• Positive attitude and adaptability.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Capability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Manual dexterity for handling kitchen equipment and utensils.

Working Conditions:

• Fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
