Ensure courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service and Hotel operational standards.

Support the Demi Chef de Partie or Commis I in the daily operation and work.

Work according to the instructions of Superiors.

To prepare, cook and serve food delegated as your responsibility.

Ensuring that the highest possible quality is maintained and that agreed standards for food preparation and presentation are met at all times under guidance from a senior chef.

To monitor stock movement and be responsible for ordering on your section.
Job Requirements
- Intermediate and Bakery Training.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a baker or pastry chef, with proven experience in a supervisory role.
- Train and mentor junior bakers and kitchen assistants in baking techniques and safety procedures.
