Qualifications and Experience:

• Intermediate level(+2) or equivalent 
• Possess experience working on WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene) programs.
• Capable of providing community-level facilitation. 
• Capable of writing program reports in Nepali or English. 
• Capacity to plan on a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual basis.

Required Skills, Knowledge & Competencies:

• Review day to day planning of project.
• Mobilize to community in WASH sectors
• Coordinate with SM for further work.
• Using polite words in community.
• Maintain the safeguarding standard in the community
• Maintain well documents in community to create case story and success story.

Supervision:

• This position is supervised by and reports to the SM.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Discussing with parents regarding education and systems of government.
• Organize meeting in benefit groups
• Maintain the direction of SM.
• Maintain the safeguarding standard in community.
• Support to SM preparing reports and essential documents.

Salary and Benefits: As per the organization's rules and regulations.

Type of Examination: Written/Oral (Interview).

Note: Priority will be given to candidates from Dalit, women, and marginalized communities. Additionally, interviews will be conducted based on the documents submitted by the candidates.
