- At least 10+2 level passed. Must be a resident of Dhanusa district
- Willingness to travel, and communicate with team, stakeholders, and beneficiaries.
- Ability to work under pressure. Local Maithili language skills are preferable.
- Ability to coordinate with governmental and non-governmental organizations and support structures at the local level.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
