Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming emails and queries regarding investment immigration programs.
• Process leads and collaborate with the team to achieve department goals.
• ⁠Maintain and cultivate strong relationships with clients, aiding in event marketing and attendance.
• Manage multiple projects with strong organizational and time management skills.

This is a full-time remote position, requiring availability during Pacific Standard Time and occasional weekend work.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree/Master's Preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in finance/sales-related roles.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Cultural awareness and sensitivity for communicating with diverse audiences.
• ⁠Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
• ⁠Proficiency in standard office software and content management systems.
• Enthusiasm for interacting with international clients and educating them about immigration programs. Foreign language skills are a plus.
