- Entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits
- Gathering, collating, and preparing documents, materials, and information for potential future business partners.
- Scan documents and print files, when required.
- Respond to queries for company information
- Familiarity with administrative duties
- Experience using office equipment, like scanner, photocopy machine etc.
- Typing speed and accuracy
- Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation.
Job Specification:
- Should have basic computer knowledge (Mailing, MS Word, Excel, internet, report making, Data Entry)
- Great written and verbal communication ability.
- Good command in written and spoken English
- Understanding of machine operations, functionality and processing
- Fluent in English and Computer.
