Job Description:
- Project Management: Plan, schedule, and oversee construction projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
- Team Supervision: Lead and manage construction teams, including subcontractors, to ensure high-quality work and adherence to project timelines.
- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, manage resources efficiently, and address any financial discrepancies.
- Quality Control: Ensure all construction activities meet industry standards, project specifications, and quality benchmarks.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols on-site, ensuring all workers follow health and safety regulations.
- Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress and address any concerns.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction to avoid delays.
Job Requirements:
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Atleast 10 years of experience in construction or similar industry
- Should have experience on project planning, construction management, resources planning.
- Should have proper knowledge of Quality Assurance/ Quality control
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
