Damauli Hospital, Damauli, Tanahun is providing various specialized services (ICU, Ventilator, Dialysis, Trauma, Maternity, Surgery, Extended OPD, EMR Service, and additional beds). To ensure regular operation and continuity of these services, it has been deemed necessary to recruit staff on a contract basis until the end of Ashar 2082. Therefore, this notice is published to inform all concerned that experienced and qualified Nepali citizens are invited to submit duly completed application forms. Incomplete and late applications will not be entertained.

Minimum Educational Qualifications: MBBS or equivalent degree from a recognized institution, postgraduate in Anesthesiology, and registered with NMC. At least three months of training in basic computer skills is required.

Type of Examination: Interview

Age: For assistant level positions, applicants must be at least 18 years old and not exceed 35 years of age by the application deadline; for officer level positions, applicants must be at least 21 years old and not exceed 45 years of age.

Application Fee: For ninth-level officers, NPR 1,500/- (in words: one thousand five hundred) and for fifth-level assistants, NPR 600/- (in words: six hundred), to be deposited at Nepal Bank Limited, Damauli Branch, Office Code No. 3500938014, Revenue Account No. 27302000001001000001, Revenue Title No. 14229. The original voucher must be submitted with the application form provided by this office.

a) Copy of Nepali citizenship, two recent passport-sized photos, copies of educational certificates above SLC/SEE, copies of relevant council certificates, and copies of work experience and training certificates in the related field.

b) No criminal convictions or disqualifications under prevailing laws.

c) Application Forms Available at Damauli Hospital's Administration Section during office hours or on the Damauli Hospital website at damaulihospital.gandaki.gov.np under (Service Contract for Doctors and Health Workers Management Procedure, 2079).

d) Submission of Application Forms at the Administration Section of Damauli Hospital during office hours.

e) Advertisement Publication Date: 2061/04/26.

f) Last Date to Submit Application within 15 days from the date of advertisement publication, i.e., 2081/05/08. If the last day falls on a public holiday, the application must be submitted on the next working day within office hours.
