Work Location: Himalayan Capital Limited, Corporate Office, IT Plaza, Kamaladi.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Implement the company's digital marketing strategy by designing posts, creating campaigns, and executing related tasks.
• Provide technical support for troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Oversee routine maintenance of the company's hardware and IT systems.
• Install and configure hardware (computers, printers, servers) and software as required.
• Manage network administration tasks, including maintain server and management with Active Directory.
• Set up and maintain CCTV and digital telephonic systems.
• Perform data backup, recovery operations, and ensure the security of company systems.
• Manage user accounts and system permissions.
• Coordinate with vendors for procurement, servicing, and maintenance of IT equipment and Services.
• Offer training and support for staff on new systems and software.
• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of IT activities and issues.

Core Activities:

• Execute digital marketing tasks including post design, campaign management, and monitoring.
• Provide technical support for hardware and software issues.
• Ensure the maintenance of company hardware, network, and server systems.
• Manage network administration, user accounts, data security, and backups.
• Coordinate with external vendors for IT-related services.
• Offer user support and training on IT systems and software.

Skills Required:

• Good Knowledge of office software packages.
• Basic understanding of any design software.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Experience with servers and Active Directory management.
• Digital Media management skills.
• Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is preferred.

Work experience:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in IT support, hardware/software maintenance, and network administration is preferred.
• Experience in digital marketing and campaign execution is a plus.
