Coordinator – Program Development and Knowledge Management

Duration of contract: One year with possibility of extension.

 

Job Requirements:

The candidates should have the following key job requirements and skills;

  • Master’s degree in social science, Development, Social Work, Public Policy, Communications, Media Studies, Journalism, or other related disciplines
  • A minimum of five years of relevant work experience in the development sector
  • Excellent creative writing skills
  • Proven track record of leading the program development along with creation and dissemination of knowledge products
  • Strong analytical skills, demonstrated networking skills, and ability to take initiative
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including active listening skills as well as the ability to negotiate effectively with internal and external colleagues
  • Ability to work effectively both independently as well as part of a team
  • Ability and willingness to work under pressure with a positive attitude
  • Familiarity with relevant information technology, including knowledge management systems.
