  • Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks related to the training programs.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and accreditation requirements.
  • Implement improvements based on feedback from students, instructors, and industry partners.
  • Ensure that training programs provide high-quality education that prepares students for successful careers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with five-star hotels and other industry stakeholders.
  • Negotiate and formalize MOUs for internships and placement opportunities.
  • Provide guidance and support to students throughout their training.
  • Assist with career development and placement services.
  • Maintain accurate records of program activities, student progress, and partnership agreements.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management and stakeholders.
