- Master degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in corporate sales in e-commerce or gifting business.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Passion and interest in the gifting industry is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license(2-wheeler or 4-wheeler) and willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential corporate clients to promote our gifting solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new corporate clients.
- Coordinate with the sales, marketing & content teams to create attractive corporate gift packages.
- Handle client inquiries, provide product information, and manage orders from inception to delivery.
- Overlook business orders, client inquiries, provide product information, co-ordination, invoicing and manage order from inception to delivery.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of corporate gifts, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
- Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and present proposals and contracts to corporate clients.
- Organize and participate in corporate events and trade shows to promote our products.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and client feedback to the management team.
