Job Description:

Global Service Travel is looking for a motivated candidate to fill the role of Corresponding Officer Inbound and Outbound in the Travel Agents/Tour Operators industry.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and respond to emails/calls in a timely manner
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
• Generate leads and increase sales volume
• Monitor customer feedback and take corrective action
• Ensure customer satisfaction levels are met
• Develop strategies for increasing customer loyalty
• Prepare reports and analyze sales data
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Provide technical support to customers.
