Key Responsibilities:

- Assess individual client needs and provide tailored advice on suitable programs or pathways.
- Organize and conduct workshops, informational sessions, and webinars for prospective clients.
- Review, organize, and process client documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Verify information and manage document compliance with institutional, educational, or immigration requirements.
- Communicate with clients to obtain missing documents or clarify discrepancies.
- Keep accurate records of all documentation and update client files regularly.
- Coordinate with other departments to streamline the application process and ensure timely submissions.
- Prepare and maintain counseling and documentation reports for management.
- Stay up-to-date on program guidelines, immigration policies, and other relevant regulations to provide accurate counseling and documentation support.
