Job Description
- Provide personalized counseling sessions to individuals interested in foreign employment, addressing their queries, concerns, and aspirations.
- Assist candidates in preparing necessary documentation, including application forms, resumes, and other relevant paperwork required for the recruitment process.
- Conduct pre-departure orientation sessions to prepare candidates for living and working in a foreign country.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and international labor standards governing foreign employment.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, offering continuous support, guidance, and encouragement.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, recruitment agencies, and other stakeholders involved in the foreign employment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices related to foreign employment and recruitment.
