Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients regarding immigration services and temporary residency.
• Assist clients in understanding the immigration process, eligibility criteria, and required documentation.
• Review and process client applications, ensuring all necessary documents are completed and submitted on time.
• Offer personalized counseling sessions to assess client needs and recommend suitable immigration solutions.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and application progress.
• Stay informed about changes in immigration laws and policies to provide clients with the most current information.
• Support clients through the entire immigration process, from initial consultation to final approval.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Prior experience in immigration services or a similar counseling role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of immigration laws and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Candidates will be required to work at the following locations: New Baneshwor: Kathmandu, and Kalika Chowk: Butwal
• Salary: Basic pay plus additional incentives based on performance.
