Qualification | Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing Production Manager or a relevant field
• Proven experience in production management, supply chain, and vendor coordination (5+ years preferred).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall craft production, implement quality control measures, and procedures to ensure efficient, high-quality output aligned with company objectives
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, coordinating material delivery and ensuring compliance with quality timing standards
• Collaborate with the design team to translate concepts into manufacturable products, overseeing prototy pes and development for alignment with cost and design goals
• Source premium materials and manage costing processes, maintaining competitive pricing and consistent budgeting accuracy
• Oversee supply chain logistics, inventory, and order ful filament to optimize product flow and meet delivery targets
• Support sales and marketing teams by providing product insights, timelines, and market trends, ensuring alignment with customer expectations
• Foster team collaboration by coordinating with senor management, supporting staff, Ans conducting regular reviews to refine production strategies.
