• Intermediate (+2) or higher degree in management stream.
• Good communication and negotiation skill.
• Prior experience in credit recovery will be added advantage.
• A team player with good knowledge of MS office. 
• Must have some computer operating skills.
• Must have 2-wheeler license.

Job Description:

• Analyze and track the outstanding Debt information from the software.
• Communicate with customer about the Debt policy and his payment schedule.
• Regularly visit customer and communicate them about the payment deadline.
• Regularly communicate with customer and tally the receivable amount and others accounting information.
• Build a good relation with the customer.
• Make special plan for recovery from difficult customer. 
• Update account status and database regularly.
• Properly communicate with other team members.
