• To be eligible to apply, you must have 2+ years Australian mortgage industry experience.

Work experience and skills:

• 2+ years Australian mortgage industry experience is a must
• Strong knowledge of credit assessment and loan processing of Australian residential home loans
• Familiarity with relevant Australian regulatory requirements and industry best practices
• Strong knowledge of various Aggregators’ CRM i.e. Mercury (M5 & Nexus), Infinity, Podium, Flex,
• MyCRM, Salestrekker and ApplyOnline
• Experience in other Aggregator CRM systems is highly regarded
• Highly analytical and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills
• Strong time management skills & excellent at multitasking.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required
• Advanced proficiency in basic computer skills
• Reports To Credit Team Manager.
