- To be eligible to apply, you must have 2+ years Australian mortgage industry experience.
Work experience and skills:
- 2+ years Australian mortgage industry experience is a must
- Strong knowledge of credit assessment and loan processing of Australian residential home loans
- Familiarity with relevant Australian regulatory requirements and industry best practices
- Strong knowledge of various Aggregators’ CRM i.e. Mercury (M5 & Nexus), Infinity, Podium, Flex,
- MyCRM, Salestrekker and ApplyOnline
- Experience in other Aggregator CRM systems is highly regarded
- Highly analytical and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Strong time management skills & excellent at multitasking.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required
- Advanced proficiency in basic computer skills
- Reports To Credit Team Manager.
