Job Description:
- Primarily responsible for the for-content creation for CRM channels - Email and Push Notification
- Take ownership of Message Center, Email & Web Push channels. Develop static and interactive email templates and ensure that email templates are up to the standards for multiple devices
- Work closely with the design team for deliverables daily and ensure the communications and designs are up to relevant channel standards and error free. Attention to detail and accuracy is a must
- Optimise channel segmentation and communication to personalise content
- Deploy A/B testing plans & analyse outcome to optimise content across channels
- Broadly responsible for coordinating with other CRM associates to align on the multi-channel strategy and maintain a coherent strategy about other CRM engagement channels
- Serve a supporting role in execution of operational tasks if required.
